How we place your loan

Investors Equity Group (“IEG”) works with a group of wholesale lending partners. For each loan we compare the programs and pricing available to us. When a partner can offer you a better rate than we can, we may place your loan with that partner, because our job is to get you the best rate available to us. We can only compare the lenders we work with, so this is not a promise that no better rate exists anywhere.

When we broker your loan

• The lender named in your loan documents makes the loan, gives final approval, and may service or sell it.
• IEG may be paid by that lender, by points you pay, or both. Everything IEG is paid is disclosed in your loan documents before closing.
• Your application fee covers your credit report, appraisal and processing, as itemised when you pay. Where your loan is placed does not change what is refundable.
